Pascuali is committed to producing natural yarns with a sustainable supply chain that is socially, ethically and environmentally responsible. All environmental, animal health and workplace practices are of a high standard from the farm to the finished yarn. Tibetan is a blend of merino ultrafine and yak wool. The merino wool is mulesing-free and comes from Patagonia, Argentina. Tibetan is made with merino ultrafine which has a fineness of 17.5 microns. It is GOTS certified organic, which means that the farming process is organic and no toxic bleaches, dyes and other chemicals are used in its manufacturing. Tibetan’s noble yak wool component has its origins in Mongolia, with a fineness of approx. 16 microns. The result is a luxurious yarn that is incredibly light, soft, gentle to the skin and very breathable. It is a yarn that is sure to inspire you to knit a variety of different garments and accessories from soft and cuddly hats, hand warmers, ponchos, and scarves to cardigans and pullovers.
