Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it within 4 months of purchase for an exchange or store credit, excluding shipping charges. No cash or credit card refunds are made.

Your original receipt must accompany your return to insure proper application of the credit. Your merchandise credit can be redeemable at any time in our Lenox, MA store, by phone order or mail order. All returns must be in original resaleable condition including original packaging. No returns are permitted on Gift Certificates, sale or special-ordered yarns or yarns that were part of a kit. At this time, store credits can not be applied directly while placing online orders; a call to the store is required.
