Return Policy

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your merchandise purchase, you may return it within 2 months of purchase for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT, excluding shipping charges. No cash or credit card refunds are made.

Your original receipt must accompany your return to insure proper application of the store credit. Your store credit can be redeemable at any time in our physical store, by phone order or mail order. All returns must be in original resaleable condition including original packaging. No returns are permitted on used yarn, Gift Certificates, sale, discounted, clearance items or special-ordered yarns or yarns that were part of a kit. At this time, store credits cannot be applied to online orders; a call to the store is required.
