Shipping

We make every attempt to ship your order promptly, with most in-stock items shipping from Virginia within 24 hours of receiving your order on days our physical store is open. When items are temporarily out-of-stock, you will be alerted by phone or email to any shipping delay or we may suggest an alternate product or color for immediate fulfillment. We do not ship on Sundays, holidays or when the physical store is closed. We ship using USPS Insured, with shipping charges based upon actual postal rates to your destination, plus a small handling fee. For domestic shipments, we offer expedited and overnight shipping with appropriate additional shipping charges.

FREE SHIPPING is offered for merchandise purchases of $200.00 or more (not including tax) to continental USA locations. Free shipping does not apply to Hawaii, Alaska or International orders, which will be charged shipping charges based upon actual costs. For international orders, we only ship to the billing address of your credit card. Please note that customs and brokerage fees may apply to overseas shipments and are not our responsibility.

Returns

Returns of unused, resaleable, regular-priced items in original packaging and condition with a receipt, returned within 2 months of purchase are eligible for an EXCHANGE or STORE CREDIT ONLY. Please package your items for return carefully and include your name, address, phone and email address.

Once we receive your returned item(s) your store account will be credited with a "STORE CREDIT" available for later use in our physical store or by phone order. We do not offer refunds, cash back or credit card credits. No refunds or returns on Gift Cards or SALE, discounted or clearance products, shipping costs or special orders placed just for you.
