2-ply Tynd gives you the hand of cashmere with the wear of wool. Tynd's micron count is 17.5 whereas most wool is 30 microns or higher - the lower the micron count then finer the yarn. This unique merino fiber results from the innovative, ecologically sustainable practices of farmers from the Patagonia Grasslands. Tynd surpasses other merino wools in its ability to reflect light and absorb dyes so you'll find it lustrous with colors that are deep and lasting. Tynd's rounded 2-ply twist delivers a springiness and drape to whatever you create.
