West Yorkshire Spinners Morris DK

Morris DK is a yarn created by West Yorkshire Spinners in collaboration with the William Morris Society, inspired by the Victorian designer's art and heritage. Morris was an artist, craftsmand and key figure in the Arts and Crafts Movement. The yarn is a blend of three British fleeces: Bluefaced Leicester, Masham and Bluefaced Kerry Hill, and features a color palette reflecting the hues of the Victorian era and inspired by Morris's iconic designs. This partnership celebrates craftsmanship and heritage, resulting in a yarn that balances tradition with modern use. West Yorkshire Spinners blends traditional skills with modern technology to produce a yarn with a soft luster and excellent stitch definition.
